PROPOSEDPROPOSED BILLArizonaMEDIUM IMPACT

Proposed Lifetime Injunctions for Aggravated Harassment

⚠️
PROPOSED LEGISLATIONThis bill has been introduced but has NOT been signed into law. Legislative proposals may be amended, passed, or fail to advance. This is not current law.

This proposed bill would allow courts in Arizona to issue lifetime injunctions against individuals found guilty of aggravated harassment. Before this change, the duration and conditions of such injunctions were not specified to include a lifetime term. This new measure is aimed at protecting victims from persistent harassers by providing long-term legal protection. If enacted, it will affect both those who have been convicted of aggravated harassment and their potential victims.
