Missouri legislative item tracked as metadata only. SB 1277 - This act requires each state department, within fifteen days of receiving a guidance document from the federal government, to publish the guidance document on a website designated by the department director. Each guidance document shall be published in a conspicuous manner with a hyperlink that provides access to the guidance documents. Within 15 days of a guidance document being rescinded, a state department shall maintain the rescinded guidance document on the website and indicate that the document has been rescinded along with the date that the guidance document was rescinded.
