Restrictions on Self-Treatment and Family Treatment by Physicians

This proposed bill would prohibit physicians from prescribing, administering, or dispensing medication for themselves or their immediate family members except in specified or emergency situations. Additionally, it would prevent physicians from treating themselves with scheduled drugs or prescribing such drugs to family members. This change affects all practicing physicians and their families in Tennessee.
