Child Care Center Required Policy Disclosures
⚠️
PROPOSED LEGISLATIONThis bill has been introduced but has NOT been signed into law. Legislative proposals may be amended, passed, or fail to advance. This is not current law.
This proposed bill would require child care centers in Colorado to disclose specific policies to parents or guardians. Before this change, there were no such requirements for disclosures from child care centers. The new policy will affect all child care center operators and the families they serve by ensuring transparency about the center's practices. When it takes effect, if passed, child care centers must comply with these disclosure requirements.
