Supplemental Allocations and Law Changes for State Government Operations

This proposed bill would make supplemental allocations from the Highway Fund and other funds for state government expenditures. It also proposes changes to certain provisions of the law necessary for proper operations of state government for fiscal years ending June 30, 2026, and June 30, 2027. The bill affects state agencies and departments that rely on these allocations and legal provisions for their operations. As a proposed bill, it has not yet been enacted into law.
