Proposed 'Crush Transnational Repression in Tennessee Act'

This proposed bill would enhance criminal offenses and create new ones. It aims to prevent actions that compel individuals in Tennessee to follow laws of adversarial foreign governments. The bill authorizes the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) to develop a training program and allows for public dissemination of information related to these actions. If enacted, it would amend Titles 4, 38, and 39 of the Tennessee Code Annotated.
